In January 2013, Walker was arrested in Utah after evading police in a car chase that started in Nevada, went through Arizona and ended in Utah. He was charged with three felonies — evading by vehicle, possession of amphetamine and possession of marijuana — and misdemeanors including possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of marijuana and driving under the influence.

The (St. George, Utah) Spectrum reported Tuesday that after a 12th hearing on a plea agreement, a warrant was issued for Walker’s arrest. Walker’s lawyer, according to the paper, told the court that Walker had sent him the wrong plea agreement.

According to the report, Judge Eric Ludlow said Walker will have to show up in-person to sign the plea agreement.

“The court has been more than fair to Mr. Walker,” Ludlow aid. “My patience is well beyond thin.”

Walker had 19 career Nationwide and nine career truck starts. He was competing in the truck series for Bill Davis Racing at the time of his suspension and had been competing most recently in sprint cars.
