The Inquirer, citing police, confirmed that a 911 call was made for said fight, but everyone had fled by the time officers arrived at the scene.

TMZ reported that a teammate was with Okafor and the Philadelphia Inquirer was told that teammate was rookie forward Christian Wood. Both players (Okafor, 19, and Wood, 20) are underage and the fight occurred outside of a nightclub where alcohol is served.
An unidentified source close to Okafor confirmed to ESPN that the man involved was indeed Okafor. The initial footage left some to question if it really was the No. 3 overall pick in this year’s NBA Draft. Okafor became upset when the Boston man began heckling the team.
“Apparently, they said: ‘The 76ers suck and you guys are all losers. You’ll never win a game,’ " the unidentified source told ESPN. “I was around the corner when it happened. I saw him a minute after he knocked the dude out. I think the guy was just talking s—. Saying the Sixers suck.”

Okafor’s off-field issue only adds to the pain of the 76ers’ season. The Philly franchise has started 0-16 and is on a 26 game losing streak dating to last season.
