Joe McCarthy, a former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general, was at a Pittsburgh area gym when he collapsed to the floor. He was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A cause of death has not been released.
Mike McCarthy was scheduled to hold his postseason news conference Wednesday afternoon, but the Packers announced it had been canceled due to personal reasons.
Mike McCarthy has been the Packers’ head coach since 2006. He led the team to a victory over the Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.
