Johnson was injured late in the third quarter on a fourth-and-2 carry. He was stopped short and his right leg was bent awkwardly at the bottom of a pile of players. He was taken off the field on a cart with his right foot heavily wrapped.

Before the injury, Johnson had been effective, gaining 97 yards on 23 carries. If he is out for the season, he ends 2013 with 920 yards and six TDs.
